This is solid paint, so transparent it looks like glass, but is really flexible. Sun shining down through the see-through thick paint makes a kaleidescope of reflected colors when photographed.

Sculpted on gallery wrapped edges, cut & previously dried paint takes on a whole new dimension, looking like painterly stained glass flowers & fragmented bits, but really flexible acrylic paint.​

Can be positioned a few different ways.

This painting is the first in a breakthrough of transforming paint into a literal 3 dimensional sculpted form off the surface of the canvas; as well as taking on transparent qualities, that here, can be reminecent of candy.

​Paint stands off the surface here at an amazing one inch high... an unheard of height in all of impasto history!
