Special glow paints were used here that also look good during the day & are inter-mixable.
Use of Squeeze Paint technique for the coral as well as a Press & Lift technique to get the unique veiny jellyfish lines.
Easy textured background demonstrated can be achieved in less than 10 seconds.

At a private Glow Party Case Study Ruth demonstrated the Jellyfish Squish Technique for which 5 students created the jellyfish as well as extending their imagination to many other various shapes including: clam shell, bunny, butterflies, flowers, suns, mushrooms.
This painting here shows a 3D effect without need for special 3D glasses.
